East Coast Thunder is owned and operated by Paul Sherbertes and John Danby, former co-founders and co-owners of the former New England Junior Hurricanes. The goal is to prepare each student-athlete to be an impactful player and teammate in their upcoming season and beyond. Our program provides a solid balance of practice and a highly competitive schedule. Emphasis will be on increasing hockey IQ, individual skills, team concepts, strategies, important leadership skills, and most important respect, accountability, and confidence. Each player will have team guidelines and responsibilities to follow that will help in their overall development as a person and a player.

 

We're very proud to have helped players reach Varsity High School Hockey, Prep School, Juniors, College, and professional levels.

 

High School Varsity D1 D2 AND D3. Many of our players became Captains of their HS team.

 

Juniors programs NA3HL, NAHL, EHL, AHL, and a drafted NHL player.

 

College and Universities: New Hampshire University, Ana Marie College,Plymouth State University, Brown University, Boston University, Salem State, Endicott College, Southern New Hampshire,  St.Anselm, Wentworth, Westfield State, Framingham State University, Bridgewater University, Suffolk University, Bridgton Academy, Cushing Academy, Belmont Hill, Cardigan Mountain, Tabor Academy, Pomfret School, Tilton School, Fessenden School, Exeter Academy, Hobart, and Mount Saint Charles.
